Heavy Duty Push-to-Connect Air Hose Connector Remover Pliers
Quickly Disconnect Push-to-Connect Air Hoses
A purpose-built removal tool for pneumatic push-to-connect fittings, designed to make hose disconnection faster, cleaner and easier.
Built for Quick Disconnect Work
These pliers are specifically designed to work with push-to-connect air fittings. The specialized jaws help engage the fitting release collar while the tool provides controlled leverage.
- Designed for push-to-connect pneumatic fittings
- Helps release hoses without pulling directly on the tubing
- Useful for maintenance, repair and installation work
- Suitable for workshop and pneumatic-system applications
Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel Construction
The tool uses heat-treated carbon steel construction for a strong, durable body suited to repeated workshop use.
The metal construction is designed to withstand regular mechanical operation, while the protective finish helps resist corrosion during normal storage and use.
🔧 Specialized Jaws
Forked jaws are shaped to reach the release collar of compatible push-to-connect fittings.
⚙️ Spring-Loaded
The spring-loaded mechanism helps the handles return after squeezing for smoother repeated operation.
🖐 Non-Slip Grip
Ergonomic coated handles provide a comfortable grip and better control during use.
Spring-Loaded for Easier Operation
The built-in spring assists with opening and closing the handles, helping make repeated hose-release tasks more convenient.
The mechanism is designed for controlled squeezing rather than requiring constant manual repositioning of the handles.
Comfortable Non-Slip Handles
The contoured orange and black handles are designed to provide a secure grip while working with pneumatic fittings.
The textured surface helps improve handling and control during repeated squeezing and release operations.
Simple 3-Step Operation
- Position: Hold the tool close to the fitting and slide the jaws over the air hose.
- Squeeze: Close the handles to clamp the hose while engaging the fitting release collar.
- Remove: Once the release collar is loosened, pull the hose away from the fitting.
Always make sure the pneumatic system is depressurized before disconnecting hoses or fittings.
Useful for Pneumatic System Maintenance
A practical addition to a workshop tool kit when working with push-to-connect pneumatic tubing and fittings.
- Air compressor systems
- Pneumatic machinery
- Air lines and tubing
- Workshop maintenance
- Equipment installation and repair
Choose the Correct Size
Two fitting-size options are available. Select the version that matches the outside diameter of the tubing and fitting you are working with.
- 1/4" & 5/16" — approximately 6–8 mm
- 3/8" & 1/2" — approximately 10–12 mm
